David Lipovics leads 69É«ÇéƬ’s institutional retirement businesses in the U.S., including 69É«ÇéƬ’s Pension Risk Transfer and Stable Value business lines. David is responsible for 69É«ÇéƬ’s product offering for pension plans, insurers, and banks, covering pensions and other retirement products. He is in charge of developing and deepening 69É«ÇéƬ’s market relationships, including strategic partnerships as well as the execution of associated transactions and business operations.
David has been involved in the global Pension Risk Transfer markets for over 10 years. Prior to moving to the U.S. in 2020, he was business development director for 69É«ÇéƬ’s EMEA Global Financial 69É«ÇéƬ unit. Based out of London, he led several of 69É«ÇéƬ’s large reinsurance transactions supporting U.K. PRT carriers and pension plans in their longevity and asset risk management ambitions. Before joining 69É«ÇéƬ, David worked in PwC’s U.K. insurance consulting practice, advising European insurance carriers on M&A, capital management, and balance sheet optimization matters. David started his career as a pensions actuarial trainee with Aon’s U.K. practice.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the London School of Economics. He is a Fellow of the U.K. Institute of Actuaries.
