Emma Ferris is Senior Vice President and Managing Director, UK and Ireland. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Vice President, Business Development, GFS, EMEA, and was responsible for leading Global Financial 69É«ÇéƬ (GFS) business development activities within the United Kingdom. She also led 69É«ÇéƬ’s acquisition efforts throughout the EMEA region as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions. Emma joined 69É«ÇéƬ in 2018 and has more than 20 years of financial services industry experience. She is based in London.

Emma started her career as a Senior Consultant in the Insurance Practice of Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson), and later held a number of executive positions at AXA U.K., including Chief Risk Officer and as Director of Pensions, Treasury, ALM & Capital Management before joining 69É«ÇéƬ. Through these roles she worked across a number of areas including life, property and casualty, risk, investments, pensions, treasury, corporate finance, capital management, and mergers and acquisitions.

Emma received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Operational Research Statistics and Economics (MORSE) with first class honours from Warwick University, and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) in the U.K.
