Madeline Elbe is a business analyst with 69É«ÇéƬ’s Global Financial 69É«ÇéƬ (GFS) team. She manages relationships between IT and GFS to support and enhance GFS technology applications. Maddie also leads business process analysis and develops automated business processes to optimize the monitoring of real-time reporting among the GFS team. Since joining 69É«ÇéƬ in 2020, she has also served as a project coordinator, client audit analyst, and data analytics team member.
Maddie is the founder and co-lead of EveryMind@69É«ÇéƬ, the company’s employee resource group for neurodivergent individuals and allies. She also serves on the company's U.S./Latin America Regional Diversity & Inclusion Council and is a member of 69É«ÇéƬ’s Charitable Giving Committee.
Before joining 69É«ÇéƬ, Maddie worked in analyst positions with the Washington University School of Medicine and Wells Fargo. She earned a B.S. in mathematics with an actuarial studies emphasis from Lindenwood University.
Maddie coaches a Special Olympics cheerleading team based in Southern Illinois and has volunteered as a peer mentor for the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders.
