As an Associate on the Private Debt and Equity team, Rachel Narducci is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, monitoring, and performing due diligence on direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.

Prior to joining 69É«ÇéƬ in 2022, Rachel was a Senior Analyst at Avascent (acquired by Oliver Wyman), where she supported growth strategy development for firms in the aerospace/defense and healthcare industries and conducted commercial due diligence on private equity acquisition targets.

Rachel received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Washington University in St. Louis, with a minor in psychological and brain sciences.
