Todd C. Larson is Special Advisor to 69É«ÇéƬ CEO Tony Cheng. He previously served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of 69É«ÇéƬ.
Named CFO in May 2016, Todd was responsible for 69É«ÇéƬ’s financial and capital management as well as for its financial reporting functions. These functions included: oversight of enterprise financial management and controls; capital market issuances by the company; development and submission of all filings required by the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory bodies; and communication of corporate and financial information to the rating and investment communities. He is a member of 69É«ÇéƬ’s Executive Committee.
Previously, Todd was Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer of 69É«ÇéƬ, a role that incorporated management of 69É«ÇéƬ’s global enterprise risk and corporate pricing oversight. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer, responsible for coordinating external reporting, management of financial reporting for 69É«ÇéƬ’s various operating segments and subsidiaries, and 69É«ÇéƬ’s capital management and treasury functions.
Todd joined 69É«ÇéƬ in 1995 as Vice President and Controller. Previously, he was Assistant Controller for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. He started his career with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Chicago, where he was a senior manager in the audit practice.
Todd received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. He is a board member of the SSM Health Hospice and Home Health Foundation, St. Louis, Missouri.
